Shipping Policies for Domestic Orders (lower 48 US States)

Shipping & Handling Policies for 1965-1973 Mustang, 1965-1970 Shelby, 1967-1973 Cougar, 1974-Present Mustang and 1980-Present Ford Truck/SUV Orders

Shipping and handling charges are simple:

• Orders totaling more than $300.00 may receive FREE ground shipping!
• Only $6.95 Minimum Shipping Charge on all orders to save you money!
• All orders less than $300.00 will be charged 10% of the order total ($6.95 minimum applies).
  • Free Ground shipping offer does NOT apply to Oversize or Truck Freight items.
  • Orders outside of the Continental US (Lower 48 States) and International Orders are NOT eligible for FREE Ground shipping.
• All items classified as Oversize 1 (OS1) will be subject to additional $9.95 charge.
• All items classified as Oversize 2 (OS2) will be subject to additional $14.95 charge.
• All items classified as Oversize 3 (OS3) will be subject to additional $50.00 charge.
  • The above oversized shipping charges will be in addition to regular shipping charges.
• Items that are too large to be shipped by Parcel Shipping companies (UPS, USPS, FedEx) will be shipped by common carrier (Truck Freight). Please refer to Zone chart for appropriate charges.
• All orders placed and shipped within Connecticut or Georgia will be subject to state Sales Tax.
• All orders outside of the Continental US and International Orders will be charged actual freight. A representative from Mustangs Unlimited will contact you with quotes regarding shipping options available for your order.

Shipping Icons

Hazardous Materials (No Air Shipments)

This icon indicates an item is classed as a Hazardous Material. Items with this icon displayed will not be able to be shipped by Air (Ground Shipments only). Please keep this in mind when ordering and having products shipped by (Rush Services) as shipping days to deliver these items will be increased.

Oversize 1 (OS1) Items

This icon indicates an item is classified Oversize 1. Items that are oversized will be subject to an additional $9.95 charge. This fee covers additional fees charged by UPS and FedEx for larger, heavier, and oversized packages.

Oversize 2 (OS2) Items

This icon indicates an item is classified Oversize 2. Items that are oversized will be subject to an additional $14.95 charge. This fee covers additional fees charged by UPS and FedEx for larger, heavier, and oversized packages.

Oversize 3 (OS3) Items

This icon indicates an item is classified Oversize 3. Items that are oversized will be subject to an additional $50.00 charge. This fee covers additional fees charged by UPS and FedEx for larger, heavier, and oversized packages.

Shipments to APO’s & FPO’s

The maximum size package that can be shipped cannot exceed 108 inches in length and girth or 70 pounds in weight. This includes all items classified as Oversize 2 or Oversize 3. You will need a physical address to ship items larger than this.

Truck Shipments (Common Carrier)

Current Truck Freight Shipping Rates:

Here at Mustangs Unlimited, we've negotiated very competitive shipping rates for our customers based on the large volume of packages we ship. Residential delivery will add $20.00 to your shipping charge. Customers in the continental U.S. prepay shipping, only a signature for package will be required upon delivery. All rates are subject to change at any time, so please confirm the shipping charges with your sales representative when you place your order. Finally, the customer will be responsible for freight charges on any refused or undeliverable orders.

Rush Services

The majority of our orders are shipped Ground Service via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. In stock parts will be shipped the day that they are ordered Monday-Friday, provided the order is received by 3:00 pm EST. Shipping charges for are calculated by weight & size at time of shipment.

We also offer several different levels of expedited shipping services:

UPS Next Day Saturday Delivery - Available for most locations for an additional $15.00.
3 Day Select - This air service typically delivers in 3 business days (ideal for the west coast).

Receive your parts in 3 days or less!

3-Day Select service is available in continental U.S only and requires use of air service.
Please note that items marked as Hazardous Materials (i.e. paint, dye, chemicals, etc.) cannot ship by air.

Larger items too large or too heavy to ship by the above mentioned shipping companies will be shipped by common carrier (Truck Freight). See above for details.

If you have a special shipment preference, please specify when ordering.

Shipping Policies for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. Orders

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands

All orders must be prepaid (Discover, MC, VISA, American Express, Money Orders). Shipping charges are calculated by size and weight of order. Mail-in, prepaid orders please calculate an additional 25% of order total for shipping charges, (Not to be less than $15.00).
If there are any additional shipping charges, you will be contacted by a representative from Mustangs Unlimited. Any over-paid shipping will be credited or refunded. Credit card orders will be credited or refunded. Credit card orders will be billed, for exact shipping, directly to the credit card. All orders must include a day time telephone number.

Shipping Policies for Canadian and International Orders

Canadian Orders - Order Toll Free 1-800-243-7278

Orders must be prepaid by credit card or money order paid in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL are now services offered to customers in Canada. Mail-in, prepaid orders please calculate an additional 25% of order total for shipping charges, (Not to be less than $15.00).
If there are any additional shipping charges you will be notified.
Any over-paid shipping will be credited or refunded. Credit card orders will be billed for, exact shipping, directly to the credit card.

NOTE: All duty charges and brokerage fees are calculated and collected in Canada.

Delivery times are based on using common parcel shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, and DHL).

Please NOTE: The use of USPS (United States Postal Service) will result in several additional days for transit of your orders.

*Orders may be delayed due to customs and brokerage clearance at the border.

International Orders

International orders must be prepaid by Credit Card, Money Order paid in U.S. funds, or Wire Transfer (Wire Transfers carry an additional $30.00 charge for this service).

International orders must also include a day time telephone number for delivery notification.

We ship Air Freight and Air Parcel Post, please specify preferred ship method. We typically use UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Bax Global.

Size limits for Air Parcel Post are 42 inches long or 79 inches total (length plus girth). Maximum weight is 44 lbs. shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.

Note: Hazardous Materials (paints, dyes, chemicals) are not shippable overseas.
