Ordering from Mustangs Unlimited has never been easier; you can order online, FAX, phone or mail your order in. If mailing or faxing your order, please be sure to have the order form completely filled out. Doing so allows us to provide you the customer service that you deserve. Items listed in our catalogs as “special order” requires a non-refundable prepayment. In addition, there are no returns on these items. Since most of these items are non-stock items, shipping time extends 2-4 weeks on average. Also, we can order special parts and/or accessories for other makes and models of cars.
Backorders are automatically shipped as inventory is replenished unless otherwise specified. Any prepaid orders that have been mailed in stating “No Backorders” will promptly refunds. Any item that remains on backorder for more than 60 days may be cancelled depending on availability. Refunds will be issued in same manner in which order was originally paid for.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and Checks.
We do accept payments directly from PayPal. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full complete name, complete address with postal code, PayPal email address, part numbers and quantities and we will send you a PayPal payment request shortly. You can also call us at (888) 398-9898 and the request can be processed over the phone.
Upon receipt of your order, please check the contents immediately against items listed as shipped on the packing slip.
Items damaged or missing in transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If you notice damage to a box, please note it immediately and contact the carrier within 24 hours so that a damaged/loss claim can be filed.
Damaged items must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of delivery. Please DO NOT ship the damaged items back to Mustangs Unlimited. If you receive an item from us and are not happy please use the following phone numbers to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number:

We will accept the return of any unsatisfactory item provided it is unused, in resalable condition, and returned with a copy of your invoice within 90 days of the date of order shipment. Returns must be prepaid; we do not accept postage due.
Items such as electrical items, literature, videos, computer software and special orders will not be accepted for return.
Ford Racing does not warranty any of their parts. Therefore, all of their parts are sold “as is” without warranty. Mustangs Unlimited are not responsible for defective parts. The purchaser assumes all responsibility of any service or repair associated with these parts.
