What's the best way to restore a set of exhaust manifolds

Bead blast the manifolds and the use a bake on hi-temp natural cast iron paint. This will allow you to achieve a long lasting concorse finish.

Mustangs Unlimited sales a pretty good high temp "NO2", or you can also go to EASTWOOD.COM (http://www.eastwoodco.com/) and look at their manifold paints. Eastwood's are a little pricer, but also last longer.
