Xenon low-beam and high-beam headlight

Is there anybody who would like to share there experience about using the Xenon low-beam (no LB69 01) and/or high-beam (HB69 01) headlight that we can get from the mustang unlimited website ?

Where they as easy to install than just changing a regular headlight ?
Do they mesure up to Infinity Lexus or Mercedez HID (in term of power and color) ?
Are they legal in USA and Canada ?
Is there a filament like halogen and incendescant, or is this the electrical arc principle ?
